A practice which has included civil litigation, business litigation, patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, and estate planning. Experience prosecuting over 400 patent and trademark applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, including representing parties in appeals, oppositions, cancellation proceedings, representing parties in patent and trademark infringement litigation, and drafting of licensing agreements, and estate planning.

Mr. Wu was the counsel of record for the Trademark fair Use U.S. Supreme Court case: KP vs. Lasting Impression; 543 U.S. 111.

Mr. Wu is fluent in Chinese Mandarin.
